These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between pv999 ("pv999", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who registers for or uses the services provided at pv999.ws ("you", "the User", "the Player"). These Terms apply to all products offered on the Platform including live casino games, slot games, crash games, fish games, poker, and sports betting markets.

By accessing pv999.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on pv999. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitute a violation of these Terms. pv999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, payment method tracking, and IP analysis. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password at all times.
• You must notify pv999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• pv999 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. Do not disclose your password to any third party.
• Any activity performed under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

Account Verification (KYC)

Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed due to Terms violation or fraud, pv999 is not obligated to return deposited funds. The following actions are strictly prohibited on pv999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Depositing, playing with, or attempting to withdraw funds that originate from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or tax evasion.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the Platform to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not intended by the game design.
• Registering or using pv999 while subject to a self-exclusion order, or assisting another self-excluded person to access the Platform.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward pv999 staff, agents, or other users in any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Where pv999 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may place a temporary hold on the relevant account and associated funds while conducting an internal investigation. pv999 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player during an account hold where that hold is applied in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

By registering on pv999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be submitted to pv999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. pv999 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 business days of acknowledgment.

Players agree that any legal proceedings brought against pv999 shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or group litigation. pv999 does not waive any right to enforce these Terms by failing to act upon a breach on any particular occasion.
